"Quick and Helpful Customer Support"
Just a few days before my conference, I was busy filling out forms online and shooting off emails to check if I could get some memory sticks with our stuff already loaded. I was pretty doubtful it could be done on such short notice. But then Dan reached out to me right away, even though it was after hours, and guided me through placing the order. I really valued talking to a real person and having someone assist me step by step. The memory sticks showed up at our conference hotel the night before and they looked fantastic. I'd definitely team up with them again if I need to.
